This program aims to empower our industry’s emerging leaders by fostering a deeper understanding of their leadership styles. Participants will engage in various activities, including reading assignments, a personality assessment with a professionally led workshop, a State House tour, and an ROI project.

Program Highlights:

Must be employed by a member in good standing of ABC Maine

Must be able to obtain the employer’s full support, showing a commitment to giving the personal and financial resources necessary for completing this program.

Must have at least two (2) years’ experience specific to the construction industry (experience is subject to Administrator’s discretion).

Class Schedule - Classes will be in-person from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. with bi-monthly check-ins. Class location will rotate and include a Statehouse tour and lunch in Augusta.
